Pork bolognese/ragu

Does anyone have a good recipe. Have a pack of pork mince and want to do something different to my go to pork recipes

I do the bbc good food “big batch bolognese” recipe- it uses half beef half pork mince and is really good.

Half beef half pork is brilliant for ragu, meatballs or meatloaf.

I'm not sure if I'd want to do all pork as feel it would be quite pale but that's probably rubbish - I guess people use turkey mince.

Could you get some beef mince, do a big batch and freeze half?

Next time I’ll try half beef half pork. I ended up using a recipe i found online, fully expecting DD to refuse it but it was liked by all. It did have bacon in it though

@ditalini I use pork mince for both spaghetti and meatballs and a thai bolognese, it’s lighter rather than pale
