We have a roast once a week and then eat the leftover meat for the next couple of days, either with jackets or in a pie, cottage pie, chicken hotpot etc

Roast veg curry w rice and yoghurt

Pizza with salad

Spag bol

Cauliflower cheese with potatoes and sweetcorn

Fishfingers, chips & peas

Pasta with a tomato-y sauce and sardines (designed specifically to get oily fish into DD's diet)

Butternut squash risotto

White fish of some sort baked with mediterranean veg

Jacket potatoes with tuna & salad

Chili & rice

A couple of nights a week DD has a lighter meal as she's eaten a decent hot meal at school. On these days she has something like:

Soup & bread
Beans on toast
Cheese sandwich with salad
