Hi also posted in Christmas but I need to cook 2 gammons at different points over the Christmas period.... one to be sliced as part of a buffet tea and one to be sliced with Christmas dinner..... I don't want it to be falling apart which always happens to me with a slow cooker.... any amazing recipes out there!!
