I am using fresh cranberries. have bever tried it with dried. Think they may be too dry for it.
Have you found a "ring" cake tin for it?
I can't find one anywhere near me...

Do you mean a tin where the bottom comes out? I've got a couple of those but they only came from tesco I think!

Nope, I mean a tin which is like a circle shape. My Mum got hers from John Lewis years ago, and so far I have had no luck finding one.

It just looks really pretty when its done in one of the circular tins and garnished with fresh cranberries.
