Half a pack of halloumi that needs using up
Cherry tomatoes

If you have any beans, even rinsed off baked beans, I'd make refried beans and then burrito/ tortilla wraps type things but with naan bread instead of tortilla.

Mashed avocado, spread on naan bread, topped with fried halloumi and halved cherry tomatoes. Low effort but high deliciousness.
Or you could do cous cous with avocado/halloumi/tomatoes.

There’s an app where you put in the ingredients and gives recipe suggestions

Oooh all these sound good! (Am not a picky eater)
I made a delicious salad yesterday with an avocado and garlic dressing hence the leftovers
I think I have some pesto grains in the cupboard too

Do you have any honey? If so, fry the halloumi in some oil. When it is almost ready add some chopped garlic (if you have it) to the pan, then a generous squeeze of honey and lime juice and let it bubble together. May need salt. Serve that with the avocado on the naan bread as a sort of sandwich. Will be DELICIOUS.

No honey sadly as that sounds delicious and I'm saving it for when I have some!

A version of that is one of our favourites. We often do it with chargrilled veggies in a wrap or with a flatbread (did it on Saturday in fact). SOOOO delicious. Works with couscous too.
