I was burgled a few months ago, and one of the things missing is my recipe folder, with a hand-written recipe book in it.
I'd stuck in a recipe for smoked salmon paté that came from an article in She magazine. Pinneys were featured as they made the smoked salmon paté for Marks, and so they gave their recipe. I think it may have been early 80s.
By any chance has anyone got it?
I can remember it was a 225g pack of trimmings, tabasco, lemon, but not sure if cream, curd cheese or creme fraiche, the latter wouldn't have been available then, I don't think.
