Batch cooking tips, recipe book

Hi, can anyone recommend a good family batch cooking recipe book please? I'm a bit unsure about what sort of whole meals you can make and freeze, then chuck in the oven and cook from frozen? I can do lasagne and shepherds pie but I'm a bit unsure if you can do things like chicken in a white sauce with and if it would cook OK from frozen, I don't really want to have to defrost meals first. I could do with about 5 or 5 recipes that I can batch cook at once to stock up the freezer. Any good book recommendations specifically for this?
Thanks

The Batch Lady. She's on You Tube, Instagram and has a couple of books. She's really good at showing how to spend a an hour or two cooking and prepping, to end up with a freezer fuil of meals at the end. All aimed at family cooking.

Following with interest! I also do lasagne and shepherds pie plus chilli and bolognaise for the freezer.
I’ve done chicken in sauces before but the sauce sometimes splits.
Beef bourguinon (sp?) freezes well as do tomato based casseroles and chicken in Diet Coke (slimming world recipe) freezes well.

The Batch Lady! She's got a second book out now for healthier meals which is good as well! Haven't done the full one ten meals in an hour yet but the recipes I've done so far have been nice!
