..I don't even know what channel they were on, I was at my dad's nursing home and he had it on his room. Lynda Barker was on there too.. they were making mince (pie) slices and then some bloke with wild curly hair made a chicken dish.. a ginger chicken stir fry type thing with rice that took about 3 mins in a wok! Did anyone see it? I want the chicken recipe.. I only caught the end result..
