How long will homemade Florentines keep?

Anyway you are all hopeless! I need to know if they will keep for a week in a (well guarded) tin!

Don't worry, they are easy to make, just melting butter and sugar together and mixing in fruit and nuts! They keep ok but are better fresh as all baked goods are.
