Millionaires shortbread- best recipe?

Anyone for the magic recipe for this please ? One to recommend?

There are tonnes online but hard to know which is actually good.

I use the hairy bikers recipe from their mums know best cookbook. It's always worked for me and it's lovely. I think you'll be able to find the recipe if you google it .

I use Nigella's from Domestic Goddess. It always seems to do the job.

I think Millionaires Shortbread is such a simple recipe really that the recipes are all much the same (unless you're looking at some variant with a "tweak". I once used Tiffin as the base and OMG it was like a slice of heaven.)

I use the BBC Good food one.

With Cadbury Dairy milk on top. I'd always had problems making the caramel previously but this one works for me
