Beetroot burgers

We've got Aldi beetroot burgers for dinner tonight. What would you have with them, sauce wise, in the bun?

Hummus

Chips

Houmous! Yes! And chips too, naturally.

(Although we're now having risotto tonight as I had some veg that needed using up, but that gives me time to go and get some fresh houmous tomorrow)

Pineapple ring and a fried egg. Basically a veggie take on an Aussie burger which is beef burger, beetroot, pineapple and fried egg.

Yes, egg.

For me it would be a mayo horseradish mix.

An egg?! Like a fried egg? This is a totally new concept to me!

Can't stand mayo. It's very restrictive!
