Does anyone have an easy sausage mascarpone pasta recipe?

I’ve looked online & most I’ve found are either too long winded for a week night dinner for us or they don’t sound very nice.

I'd just make one up - fry chopped onion and some garlic, skin some herby sausages and break them up into it, fry til golden, add some chopped tomatoes, maybe some stock, simmer half hour , stir through some marscapone near the end. I usually add a teaspoon of fennel seeds and a pinch of chilli flakes to my sausage pasta as well.

I've made this numerous times and I love it, you could replace bacon with sausage and it would taste great. I have made it without bacon when cooking for vegetarian and it still tasted great.
