Can you freeze meatballs that have been cooked in a slow cooker, or will they keep for a few days in the fridge?

We’ve made a bit of an error with our food for the week ahead.

Tonight was going to be chicken curry using one portion of chicken and Monday and Tuesday meatballs in a tomato based sauce.

I defrosted two portions of chicken instead so we need to use all the chicken for today and tomorrow.

I have the meatballs in the slow cooker as I type this, can I freeze them, or will they ‘keep’ for Tuesday and Wednesday in the fridge?

We need food made in advance for Mon and Tues as we take dh’s Dad to hospital late afternoons on both those days.
Any advice? Xxxx

Either would be fine, just as with any cooked food.

Actually, Wednesday is pushing it a bit. I’d freeze at least some.

Yes, you can freeze them or put them in the fridge for Tues and Wed.
