Does anyone know why Mary Berry changes some of the ingredients completely for a different size of her classic cake recipe? The cake calculator changes the ingredients a fair amount.
I just wanted to do a smaller cake (15cm square) in addition to the 22cm round cake I’ve already made as I have a lot of leftover ingredients, but I would like to keep the ingredients exactly the same and just change the quantities if possible.
