Best chocolate chips for baking

We're into cookies at the moment and I've been using Guittard which are quite nice but not as good as they could be. The snob in me thinks that's because they're American chocolate.

Years ago I used to bake as a hobby and sell what I made, and I remember using amazing either Belgian or French chocolate chips. But I can't remember the name of them!

Can anyone recommend some really truly delicious chocolate chips to me please? Thank you!

O'Connaill's. They're a Cork company, I normally get them in the farmers market when we go home, but they do email order also. Proper chocolate. Milk, 70% or white. And lovely hot chocolate as well.

Ooh I've never heard of them and that's even closer to home. Thank you so much, I will order them!
