Reheating meal from Cook

Is it OK to reheat a fish pie from Cook? We cooked it last night from frozen and have a portion left which would be perfect for my 3 year old tonight. But is it safe to reheat? Ready meals often say 'do not reheat once cooked but this one doesn't, can I assume it's OK?

'Do not reheat once cooled' I mean

I'd eat it, but I wouldn't give it to a child.

Thank you @Georgyporky thar was my thinking but I know I can be overcautious. Left it to DH who has a cast iron stomach in the end and made soup for me and DS!
