Alcohol free mulled wine?

I LOVE mulled wine but I'm pregnant. I've tried a belvoir winter punch but it just tastes like a slightly spiced hot ribena! Has anyone tried getting normal mulled wine and just boiling the alcohol off? Does that actually work? I know most shop bought stuff is only 5% ish so shouldn't take long to boil it off. But how do you know it's gone? 🍷

You can easily buy alcohol free wine at the supermarket. It’s perfect for mulling.

Sainsbury's do a mulled fruit punch which is pretty good

Lidl and IKEA both do really nice non alcoholic mulled punch 👍🏻

Oh brilliant thanks. I tried Tesco the other day but couldn't find it and assumed it wasn't a thing. I will shop around!

Spiced hot apple juice is really nice. Get good quality juice though.

I second the apple juice. I prefer mulled cider to mulled wine in any case. Also AF cider is much nicer than AF wine so could try that as well. Its nice with a bit of ginger as well as the usual cinnamon and orange.

@londonmummy1966 oh I know AF wine is just awful. How can they send people into space but can't make a decent 0% wine 😂 baffles me! Priorities! I was thinking mulled wine is such a strong flavour I might be able to pretend
