Cooking for a vegetarian with a soy allergy

I'm just looking for a bit of advice, really. I've never cooked for anyone with a food allergy before but my cousin is coming over for tea tomorrow night and she's allergic to soy. She's also vegetarian.

I'm planning to cook a home made tomato and chilli sauce With the following ingredients:

  • Rapeseed oil
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Red pepper
  • Garlic
  • Red chilli
  • Tomato pure
  • Chopped tomatoes (tinned)
  • Chilli powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Oregano
  • Salt and pepper, and maybe a bit of sugar if it needs it.

I'm planning to serve it with these:
groceries.asda.com/product/fresh-filled-pasta/asda-spinach-ricotta-tortelloni/910000278508

Will this be okay or could it cause a problem? I've checked the back of all the packets and nothing says "may contain soy" or lists "soy" as an allergen in bold, so does that mean I'm okay or could I be missing something?

Or I could go with these if that would be safer:
