Christmas food ideas for a new sort-of vegetarian

I decided to cut down on meat for environmental reasons a couple of weeks ago, but since then I have found myself not wanting it at all, so I think I might be turning sort of vegetarian. At the moment I am still eating fish but I can see that going pretty soon too tbh. But I am thinking about Christmas. I'm good with the main dinner, I have several ideas of what I can make for myself, but I'd like ideas of really nice party food types things I can make or buy (we have Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, Morrisons and Aldi) for Christmas tea. We always have cold turkey, ham, smoked salmon, pork pie etc and I don't want to feel like I am missing out. Any excellent recommendations?

Some decent cheeses (inc perhaps a baking Camembert) and all the accoutrements to go with them including fig jam, cranberry sauce, chutney and piccalilli.
Higgidy quiche
Sainsbury’s tomato and mozzarella arancini
