I mean, obvs I've seen them and they always reminded me of my Nan but wow, an awesome an an ingredient in so many things ...

Really? I'm not a fan or should I say not a fan so far...... I'd love to know what they are an awesome ingredient for in case it changes my life!

They are great for a quick saag aloo or a spanish tortilla.

Give them a good rinse first.

Also good for sauté when I CBA to peel & boil.
