Defrosted salmon late Monday night, is it still ok to cook/eat now?

Did you defrost in the fridge? When was it fully defrosted as it should be used within 24 hours after that?

I personally wouldn't.

I wouldn't - too long since it was defrosted. Should be used within 24 hours. Although if you defrosted it outside of the fridge or in the microwave, I would use it straightaway.

It was defrosted outside of the fridge, so I'll get rid of it, thank you all
