Last year, the Flint and Flame catalogue had the most gorgeous recipe for stuffed saddle of venison. I cooked it for Christmas with the in-laws and it went down a storm. I found the recipe on the Taste of Game website and bookmarked it. Sensible, right?
MIL has specially requested that I make this year for Christmas dinner. Which should be fine, because of the website bookmarking, right? Except that website has removed it. ðŸ˜
I remember that it had sausage meat, pistachios, pine nuts and apricots, but there was a lot else as well, plus a really nice sauce...
Did anyone else make this recipe and retain a copy?
