Chickpea curry recipe - Help please

I'm trying to cut down on food bills so announced tonight that I am making a chickpea curry next week.

DH is a big meat eater so looked unimpressed but said he will try it. DD is a very fussy eater so looked equally unimpressed. DS seemed keen.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a fabulous recipe that might sway them? I'm determined to make one,

This one is a firm favourite in our house too. Ex bodybuilder DP, who used to eat meat with every meal, thinks this curry js delicious.

Chetna has hundreds of curry recipes on her channel, which are easy to follow and tasty too.

Ottolenghis Confit Tandoori Chickpeas is delicious and deservedly famous. It's a one pot oven baked meal with all the ingredients added at the beginning.
