I have chicken - what shall I cook?

I've had fajitas and chicken korma this week. Any suggestions of meals?

Chicken pie, in a white wine sauce, butterfly chicken with rice, casserole, skewers, burgers

Pesto and cream chicken with mashed potatoes
Chicken veggie curry or fried rice
Chicken Alfredo

Stir fry or tagine

Chicken, leek and Stilton bake with sour dough crust.

Chop the chicken up coat in cornflour fry it with some spring onions and chili's and drizzle with sticky teriyaki sauce YUM

We're having a chicken and noodle thing with some left over chicken.
Haven't decided what yet, but will involve chicken, noodles and veg.

Mix the cooked chicken with sautéed muchrooms and bacon (I deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine and sling that in). Either soak dried mushrooms in milk and make a bechemel with the liquor or use a can of campbells condensed mushroom soup loosened with about half a can of milk. Combine everything, put in a pie dish or casserole and add a puff pastry lid. Bake, gas 5 for about 20 mins til pastry golden.
