Christmas pudding

I have made too much Christmas pudding mixture, can it be used for mince pies, it has flour in it.

You could use it in pies and bake them. They’d be similar to (mini) black buns.

I wouldn’t use it without cooking it. Raw flour isn’t lovely.

Or just steam the remainder and eat it now. 😁

Steam it cooked. It will keep. You can even keep it till next Christmas. I like making Christmas pudding ice cream with excess pud.
