Fat - of which saturates

Exactly that.

What does it mean when you are looking at a food label, specifically the "fat" part and below it, it says "of which saturates"?

Let's use the below example:

Fat 23g
Of which saturates 10g

It means 13g is unsaturated and 10g is saturated fat

Saturated fat is supposed to be limited to 20g a day for women and 30g for men as it can raise your cholesterol levels
