what can i do with frozen veg, potatoes, bread sauce? erm... tuna, pasta.... help please

right make a cheese sauce and cook the pasta and frozen veg. then bung everything in a casserole dish sprinkle cheese on top and brown under the grill.

i just use cheese and milk and if i've got some cream i add a bit of that in too.

If you have eggs, potatoes and cheese I would make a omelette (sp)

Chop potatoes in to small squares and boil for a few minutes.

the fry them off in a little oil add some frozen veg the some egg and cheese.

and fry until bottom is cooked i them put under the grill until top is cooked.

Or If you have any rice

Boil some rice untill almost cooked allow to go cold.

then fry some onion and add some frozen veg after 5mins add the rice and cook until heated though.

If you have any soy sauce or chinese 5 spice add some.

i use an equal amount in grams of cheese to ml of milk. so say 250g cheese to 250ml of milk.
