I'm trying to clear some room in my freezer and am not sure how long I should keep things frozen.
Can anyone give me an idea of how long meat dishes, veggie dishes and dairy such as butter, milk, cheese keeps? (BTW my frozen milk looks a funny colour - yellow - is this normal?)

I think you should thaw it first though.
