Kamado Grill Cookbook- with photos?

Could anyone recommend a Kamado Grill / Big Green Egg cookbook? Ideally one with lots of pictures of the recipes?

Are you looking for a present or for yourself? Best place I’ve found for recipes is the big green egg website.

A present @karmakameleon - would quite like one that has some tips/tricks on how best to use the grill, along with recipes. But DH only ever uses recipes if there's a picture along with it

Ah then the website isn’t very helpful. I’m not a massive fan of the big green egg book we have but I bought DH the Tom Kerridge bbq book this summer and it went down well.

Not Kamado specific but Genevieve Taylor has quite a few cookbooks for bqqs. I have the veggie one Charred which is amazing. She has more meat based ones. Even if you decide against one of her books, it's well worth finding her on Instagram. I'm a vegetarian and find myself drooling over some of her meat recipes.

Ooo I just looked up Genevieve Taylor @MilduraS that looks great! I don't eat red meat, so most bbq stuff is lost on me, but Charred looks great

Glad you like it! Charred has photos for every recipe and quite a bit of info on cooking over coals/ wood in the intro. She does cooking classes in Bristol too. I haven't been to one but there's a Kamado masterclass.
