Anyone got a recipe for salmon lasagne?

Never made it with salmon before, have done tuna, wondered whether it would need any cooking first, or should I gentle fry it and then just make a lasagne as normal. I thought I could put it with a tin of tomatoes, mushrooms and sweetcorn. Any ideas?

poach or bake or indeed fry the salmon but keep it MOIST.... make a bechamel using a delicate fishy stock and use suitable veg like spinach, leeks etc...the white sauce, pink fish and green veg look stunning

Im making it so that it appeals to my children so do you think if I mix the salmon with tinned toms, mushrooms and sweetcorn it will be ok? I want to do it today and dont have leeks or spinach. I have just plain onions.

course - if for them i might make the bechamel without the fish stock and then make the toms sauce and layer it up - what a brill idea for babies.

I'll try it out and see how it goes. Sauce will be cheese too, cheese sauce can be a great help in getting them to eat things. I did it with tinned tuna a few weeks ago, using courgette, carrots and tinned toms, and garlic but no onion and we all ate it and enjoyed it. Of late Ive been struggling to get them to eat salmon on its own. I have in the past mised it with fromage frais, chives, pasta and sweetcorn but I myself have gone off that one.

This was a big success on Friday, everyone ate it. Lasagne is quite a favourite not for all of us and basically you can use whatever youve got.
