Lamb shanks: keep overnight once cooked?

Quick question -- can slow-cooked (in wine and stock) lamb shanks be kept overnight, to be served the following day?

On the bone I mean.

I wouldn't think twice about letting a casserole 'improve' overnight in most cases, but this lamb being on the bone has given me pause.

No problem. They will probably be more tender warmed up the following day.

Thanks -- yes I hope so! I love it when the meat just slides off the bone. They're really nice rare breed lamb too so I'm hoping they taste amazing!
