Just got this and so far have cooked chicken breasts using the preset button on chicken mode. Also done chips. I've got a vague idea that if not using a pre set button you need to stuff at the same temmperature as per the instructions but for less time.
So I've bought a chicken joint which is maybe the size of 4 or 5 chicken breasts. Instructions say cook for 50 mins. It's in a stiff foil tray with some garlic butter stuff on top.
Firstly any idea of how much time to cook it for, not sure how many minutes to knock off and don't want food poisoning. Also can I keep it in the foil tray or not? I've been looking through the instruction book but this isn't covered.
