I'm a newbie regarding these.
Any nice east recipes to start off.

I love my instant pot! My favourites are Salty marshmallows mac and cheese, Melanie’s rice pudding and chicken risotto (all available as YouTube videos). It’s also very easy to make lovely mash in it. There’s a Facebook group if you’re on there, loads of recipes on it.

Sorry I’m just getting everyone out the door but recommend Jenny Tschiesche’s modern multi pot 101 recipe book. She is great for a novice owner
