Dhal recipe

Does anyone have a good tried and tested dhal recipe please?

This is the one I make most often because it’s really easy and only needs store cupboard stuff without the spinach (or add frozen)

I use the one Purple put. We have it about once a week. DH has gone off spinach so I mostly skip that but I add a tsp of garlic granules.

It freezes brilliantly.

I make this one all the time and i love love love it! I tend to batch cook it and then freeze it for lunches. I also like to roast whatever veg I have leftover and chuck it in to vary it a bit

I like the BBC Tarka Dahl recipe, firm favourite in this house.
