Bit of a long shot here...
A few Xmas ago I made a really great trifle on the back of the sponge finger packet from M&S.
It was sooo good.
It was using ready made custard, I think, and ready made jam....
I also did a dairy free version and it was delicious.
We are doing a wedding celebration for my brother on the theme of our grandpas pub in Middlesbrough and there was trifle on the menu and I really want to recreate this and make the same recipe. It seems M&S don’t sell this item now with the recipe on the back.
Does anyone happened to have written it down?? Or have an old pack in their cupboard?? Really kicking myself now that I didn’t make a note. I’ve even tweeted M&S who have been helpful but can’t find it
