Recipe book or online recipe site recommendation

whenever I try the recipe by following recipe book or from recipe blog, the end result is not always right. Is there any recipe book recommendation for Asian food especially Chinese and Indian food.

The best site I've found is 'School of Wok'

And Ching he Huang has a great site too

Their recipes are on YouTube

@HoneyDewMel
Thank you so much for your recommendation. I am a fan of Asian food but they are a bit complicate to cook. I will check them out .

I like www.recipetineats.com/

A real variety of recipes and I've tried loads now and find them good. I also like that you can scale the recipes with a little slider thing to get the amounts for different numbers of people being catered for.

They're really not @Zara202

Try the stir fry's first. Mine have improved so much with really simple additions after watching Ching.

Just things like adding a teaspoon of cornflour mixed with a bit of cold water to add at the end of the dish makes a huge difference and a tablespoon of vinegar. Little things like that.

Well yes some of them are actually but some are just chop and throw in a Wok.

Got Wan's brother has written some basic Chinese recipe books so he's worth checking out to.

I love the cookbook East by Meera Sodha. It's a vegetarian cookbooks with recipes from all over the east.

Fuchsia Dunlop's book Every Grain Of Rice is brilliant for Chinese cooking. I don't use it as often as East because I'm vegetarian but my friends have raved about the sweet and sour pork ribs when I've made them. The full recipe shows up on Amazon preview for anyone who wants to try it.

Check www.khinskitchen.com She is amazing. You can follow her facebook page or youtube channel. Her tutorial is straight to the point, not too much bla bla bla. Smile

I have tried a few of her dishes. It is quite easy to follow and Ingredients are not that difficult to find. I am vegetarian so i adapt some of the ingredients to make it vegetarian.
Make sure to make Salt and Pepper chips or masala chips recipe.

That's my favourite. khinskitchen.com/chinese-salt-and-pepper-chips/

I love School of Wok Recipe as well. He is amazing and He is tutorial are quite good. Try Khinskitchen first, her recipe is easy, if you do not like it, Try school of wok.
