We're having Chicken & Spinach curry with Naans from the Naan bakery.

What's everyone else got planned?

Teriyaki chicken, Green beans in garlic sauce and sticky rice.

Fibro day so it will be pizza and SYO.( Sort Yourself Out)

Aubergine curry with naan, rice and onion bhajis or samosas.
Or pizza.
Or veggie burgers and wedges.
I need to decide’!

Roast beef! It was going to be for tomorrow or Sunday, but I'll away for the weekend so dh said he'd cook it tonight instead!

Tomato and marscapone risotto, it’s a bbc recipe, not many ingredients and tastes amazing.

We have lots of leftover veg and salads from the week to use up so those and some fish fingers to pull it all together.

Might do Nigella’s fish finger bhorta for dh and myself

Friday nights we never know what kids will be home etc so we bung jacket potatoes in the oven and everyone just helps themselves whenever they feel like it and just add cheese/beans/tuna whatever - nice and easy for a Friday night, love it 😃

I’ve also asked DP to get some treats on his way home so I’m hoping for some lime & coriander sensations popadoms, tangfastics, a crunchie and a bottle of Prosecco

I really must expand my repertoire.

Spring onion tempura with dipping sauce
Sushi with tuna, salmon, crispy onions, peppers, avocado, sesame, cucumber, wasabi, pickled ginger and soy. And so on(!)

Chicken broth and dumplings, it's already made, but the rest of my family will want a takeaway, we will have to see who wins out. I don't know if I can be bothered fighting my corner and it won't go to waste...so... probably Chinese lol!

Were having turkey dinosaurs and mash with peas!

Think the chicken broth would be going in the freezer if I had the option of takeaway amused

Pasta bake with garlic bread.

Standard order from our local Szechuan place. And tomorrow we'll take all the leftovers and mix them up with plain wheat noodles in a giant melange of spicy goodness. Can't wait.
