Anyone got an easy slow cooker recipe for carrot soup

any variations on carrot soup will do - although the less ingredients the better please.

i just usually use a normal soup recipe with a bit less liquid

I wouldnt do it in the slow cooker cos it only takes 20-30 mins in a pan. I dry fry some crushed coriander seeds, add a bit of sunflower oil and an onion. If I have celery thats nice too. Then add a whole bunch of chopped carrots, some water and a veggie stock cube, cook until soft and whizz up with a blender. If I had some fresh coriander I'd shove that in a minute or two before serving.
