I'm looking for some meal ideas. I've started my maternity leave but I'm struggling because I am at home, I'm reaching for all the sweet, unhealthy options.
Does anyone have any examples of what they eat in a day? Would love to see some different ideas of what you all eat so I can get a bit more variety.
What do you have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and what snacks do you have in a day?
Especially at this time of year when we're getting back to those lovely warm cosy meals.
