Failing that, does anyone have a good butternut soup recipe, preferably one that doesn't invole too much cream? And how oh how do I make pureed parsnips (no bars on cream for this one)

I have a butternut soup recipe. I'm going to make it tonight for lunch tomorrow. I haven't made it before so will let you know how it turns out.

No idea about credit card. Had a look at website but couldn't find a carrot and parsnip sous recipe but if you google "carrot and parsnip soup" you get loads of results.
