Put sausages and a cottage pie ready meal large one ,in oven at what i thought was 190
Checked to see how it was doing at just over 20 mins and must of knocked the oven temp as only on about 90-100 so that low for last 20 mins .
I have now turned up to 190 which is tenp for cottage pie according to packet and sausages thin so thought would be ok for them to
Will this now be ok ? Will food of been at an unsafe temp? Should i cook it for the full 40 mins on packet or check at 30 and see as has had 20 mins in at low temp ?
