Tell me how to cook kofta kebabs!

I picked up some lamb kofta kebabs from the butcher as a panic buy for the kids dinner. I don't eat meat and have no idea how to cook them. I also don't have a kitchen at the moment, I have a counter top single oven thing, very basic.

Do I just put them on a baking tray and put them in the oven for 30 mins? At 200?

Thanks!

Does your countertop oven have a grill? I usually cook them under the grill (high heat) for about 20 mins, turning occasionally.

Yes it does. Thanks. Will do that. I don't need to oil them or anything do I?

are they on sticks? cover the sticks in foil so they don't burn.

They are on sticks so I'll do that. Going in in 10 mins. Hope they eat them. I'll probably be making pasta pesto at 5:15

180 rather than 200, might take slightly longer but less likely to burn.

The oven has gone sinisterly quiet on the grill function. I can see how this is going to go. Good job hungry kids don't get cranky or anything.

Well I obviously didn't wrap the sticks up properly so they set alight and the fire alarm went off. Should have stuck to what I know!

Oh gutting. Next time, remove the sticks and soak them in water for about 10mins before re-inserting and cooking the kebabs.
