Has anyone read the book and more or less follow ed the meal plan?

Hoping to keep our monthly food budget under £210 (2 adult 1dc) but with allergies so Im having to swap some ingredients (dairy)

Thinking this method might allow us to keep under budget for main meals and fruit (which is our main snack, or rice cakes/oat biscuits.)

I'm confused! £20 a week is a lot less than your budget?

ISpyCobraKai · 26/09/2021 19:26

Do you have a link to the book?

Yes £20 is for her meal plan per week, but I'm also adding in extras such as non food items into our total groceries budget

@ISpyCobraKai

fyf20quid.co.uk/

Website is here, there's a FB group and two books.

I'm looking for ideas and moral support from other families who've done it, we meal plan already I'm just trying to make things more streamlined meal wise
