Got a bottle in the cupboard, brought back from Sardinia a while ago.
It's next to many other bottles from foreign lands that I'm not sure what to do with - apart from drink, natch.
I'm trying to find food recipes to use it, but all I can find on-line are drinks recipes. I'm thinking of using it in place of port, marsala etc,.
Any ideas, please? Anyone got a Sardo Nonna?
