I impulse bought a sourdough olive baguette. It smells great, but I have no idea what the serve it with! Original lunch plan was pesto pasta but I feel like something more exciting now.
What would you serve with an olive baguette, to feed two adults and one toddler?

I’d use it in this and not add any extra olives www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/cheese-recipes/baked-feta-tomatoes/

omg, make a glorious tomato and basil soup, with a bit of pesto stirred in, warm the baguette up and spread it with garlic butter.

I appreciate this was yesterday, but now that is all I can think about.

It would be good toasted and dipped in a baked Brie.

Blue cheese, or a creamy white if you’d rather. Italian salami.

Olives, cherry tomatoes.

Wine.

@AtleastitsnotMonday

It would be good toasted and dipped in a baked Brie.
Or that. With garlic and thyme studded into the cheese, and honey drizzled over.

And wine. Wink

You could try this recipe but with the olive bread instead on the bread in the recipe? :) cookwith.co.uk/recipes/pesto-garlic-bread

Thanks for all the ideas. My phone broke, so I've only just seen them.
I just had it alongside an omelet in the end (boring I know), but I'll give these recipes a go another time.
