low carb mackerel recipes please - anyone got any?

I've got in my fridge:

2 fresh mackerels
Broccoli, Swede, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, onions, courgettes
Cream
Dill
Coriander

I also bought a jar of sauerkraut today, on the vague premise that there's some kind of relationship between sauerkraut and mackerel. I'm not sure why I thought that...

I could be wrong but I think some people might add sauerkraut to a mackerel pate? But I think it would work as a side dish to mackerel anyway.

Fry/grill the mackerel and serve with the veggies on the side? I'd be inclined to roast them for extra flavour.
