I've had a biscuit pan like this for years and never used it, what recipe would you use? Any tips would be appreciated.

We only have one recipe for biscuits and it's the 321 recipe.

Hopefully someone who can bake has a bigger repertoire will be along soon Smile

I reckon if anything was going to work it would be something like a shortbread? 9 flour, 6 butter, 3 sugar. Some vanilla and a splash of milk to loosen the dough.

Or Nigella does those little butter cut out biscuits. www.nigella.com/recipes/butter-cut-out-cookies

I think you'd need to butter the tin really well as if they stuck even slightly they'd be ruined.
