Ihave overcooked my mango chutney and burnt it slightly. How can I fix this?

Oh no! Is it stuck to the pan? If any of it isn't stuck to the pan, see if it tastes burnt. If not, remove it from the pan leaving all the burnt on stuff behind and it should be fine. If it tastes burnt there's nothing you can do, I don't think. Any burnt on chutney definitely can't be fixed.
