Anyone got a good simple recipe for seedy muffins that don't have a million different ingredients?!

I'd like to make seedy muffins. Ideally I'd like to just use a bag of mixed seeds rather than going out and buying 6 different types of seeds and using a tablespoon of each.

Does anyone have a recipe that is pretty simple? All the ones I've found have several different seeds, oats, honey, yoghurt, banana, applesauce, etc! I don't have time for that kind of ingredient gathering...!

Ideally would just like a recipe whose ingredients are something like 'seeds, flour, oats, egg, sugar, butter' or 'seeds, flour, egg, maple syrup, butter' etc. I have no dietary requirements so normal egg and butter etc is fine.

Muffins are pretty adaptable it's much less of a science than baking a cake, you don't have to follow the recipe to the letter as long as the dry/fat/fluid proportions are roughly consistent.

You can swap individual tbsps of seeds for the equivalent weight/spoons of mixed seeds. Also I think it's more common to use oil than butter in muffins. Most of the ingredients are dry with a long shelf life so once you have them in you don't have to keep searching for them.

Just use a basic muffin recipe and then add seeds/raisins/drained tin pineapple/whatever.
