I got a punnet of these in the veg box this week. None of us like them raw (they taste like hard sour cherry toms to me) and the internet and my extensive cookbook collection don't seem to have anything for them except as a garnish with their pretty leaves.
Don't have enough to make jam (well, maybe one very small jar).
Can I substitute them for gooseberries, like in a crumble or on top of a cake...?
Any favourite recipes for these things??
